Hello guys I'd like to hear from web designers here as to how to use CSS to publish pages with very small text that'll work with most new browsers/platforms. What font-family, font size (PT OR PX or EM ? ), etc. Thanks in advance!

I would advise against using extremely small font sizes in your style sheets, as there are monitor DPI differences between Mac and Windows machines. Anything smaller than about 9 points will be unreadable on a Mac, even though it may look fine on your Windows box. Therefore, the smallest size that I would use would be something like this:
